Job Details:

• Knowledge in Airline industry
• Good Written and oral communication
• Ability to understand customer needs and deliver accordingly
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts /offs.
• Experience into Airline background / Hotel Industry / ticketing tools are eligible.
• 1-6 years of overall experience with a minimum
• Excellent Communication skills with ability to convince thought process to internal / external stakeholders.
• Amadeus, Galileo, Apollo,Navitaire, Sabre, Travelsky, Worldspan, KANA or Rumba ( Any one of the tool is must )
• Willing to work in a shift based work schedules
• Process and raise required requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements.
• Take action on process transactions and handle the same with proper research.
• Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
